A legacy of building.
Wygod Family Office manages the private capital of the Wygod family, continuing a multi-decade tradition of investing at the intersection of healthcare, information, and technology, backing catalysts for change that improve lives.
First build. Create lasting impact.
Marty Wygod built his career on discipline: identify a fragmented industry on the cusp of structural change and growth, build or acquire an operating business at the center of it, and become the catalsyt of your own luck. Healthcare cost containment in the 1980s. Healthcare information in the 1990s. Consumer health on the internet in the 2000s.
The family office continues that approach today, investing across public and private markets, with a continued focus on healthcare, data, and technology, and with a goal to lower the cost of care and the burden of getting it.
Six decades. Multiple industries.
One family thesis.
Build operating businesses where information and technology change outcomes and improve lives.
